In the day to day, I barely keep up with my too busy, driven husband, my five energetic boys, and a life that is messy, but full.
But in my late evening and early morning hours, I write about the difficult journey with food and body image that has plagued me since early adolescence. Believing that transparency is contagious, I share the story God has gifted me to tell. But the purpose of sharing is this — I hope this space invites women into real, difficult, loving, and truthful conversations about why it’s so dang hard to look in the mirror and be grateful for the beautiful staring back.
